You can download a project brief on this site, then email it and your original artwork to our team. Downloading a brief does not send it, place an order or take payment.

Before production

Confirm the artwork, material, dimensions, backing, final price and delivery plan with our team before ordering. Ask us to confirm any return arrangements before sending a parcel.

Quality issues and return instructions

Email sales@crestpatch.com with your order reference, photos of the issue and the approved specification. Keep the packaging and affected patches while the team reviews the problem. Ask for the applicable remedy and any return instructions before sending items back. Confirm the return address with our team.

Requesting a change

Contact the team as soon as you notice a change. Include the project reference and identify the exact difference. Artwork changes after approval or address changes after dispatch may affect cost and timing or may no longer be possible. Wait for written confirmation that the change has been accepted.

Any promotion must be separately confirmed; coupons from other websites do not automatically apply to Crest Patch.
