What do you need to quote my project?
Start with your artwork or idea, approximate width and height, quantity, intended use, ZIP code and any event deadline. You can email these details to sales@crestpatch.com, or prepare a downloadable brief on our quote page. Material and backing choices can be worked out with the team.
Prepare a project brief ↗I’m new to patches. Where should I begin?
Think about where the patch will go and what needs to stand out: your name, a detailed logo or a bold texture. Our product images include material guidance and practical design tips. Share a photo of the garment or accessory if you would like help narrowing down the options.
Explore materials & design tips ↗Is there a minimum order quantity?
You can plan quantities from 10 pieces in the configurator. Production minimums vary by material and design, so the sales team will confirm the minimum for your project in the final quote. Tell us if you need a small run or a sample before a larger order.
Can I include several designs or name patches?
Send each design with its quantity, dimensions and wording. For individual names or numbers, include a checked list and explain which elements stay the same. Ask for quantities and costs per design; several designs should not be treated as one identical production run.
Can I talk to someone about my patch?
Yes. Email sales@crestpatch.com or call 1-877-209-7940. Include your project reference if you already have one, so the team can review the same artwork and specifications with you.
Contact details ↗Do I need a finished design to get started?
A sketch, existing logo or written idea is enough to start a conversation. Include the exact wording and intended patch size. If your final file is not ready, email it later with your project reference. Confirm artwork preparation and any related cost with your quote.
Which artwork files can I use?
The brief builder accepts PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, AI, EPS and PSD files up to 10 MB. Send the clearest original you have. Vector artwork is useful for clean edges; a high-resolution image helps when a vector file is unavailable. Outline fonts or include the exact lettering separately.
Add artwork to your brief ↗Can I review my design before production?
Ask for an artwork proof when you request your quote. Before approving it, check every word, the dimensions, colors, border and backing. Confirm the proof schedule and revision process with the team. A digital proof shows the planned design; it does not show the exact texture of the finished material.
What to check before approval ↗Is a digital proof the same as a physical sample?
No. A digital proof shows the layout, a sample photo shows a made sample, and a physical sample lets you assess the material in person. The configurator includes a sample-photo request. Confirm what is available for your design, along with any sample fee and additional lead time.
How should I specify my brand colors?
Send your brand guide or Pantone references if you have them. Thread, woven yarn, ink and molded materials reproduce color differently, and a screen is not a physical color reference. If a close match is essential, ask how the color will be checked before you approve production.
What affects the price of my patches?
Material, patch size, artwork complexity, quantity, backing and optional extras all affect cost. Online figures are planning estimates based on illustrative pricing, not a final sales offer. Request a written quote for your exact design, including shipping, samples and any taxes or import charges.
Explore the price breakdown ↗Does ordering more reduce the unit price?
The planning calculator shows quantity-based price changes for the same specification. Ask the team to compare two or three quantities for your design. Any discount or promotion should appear in your written quote; coupon codes from other websites do not automatically apply to Crest Patch.
How do I place and pay for an order?
Crest Patch currently supports project planning and enquiries by email or phone. Saving a configuration or downloading a brief does not submit an order or take payment. After reviewing your project, ask the sales team for the confirmed total, available payment methods and payment schedule. Do not include card details in your artwork or email.
Prepare your enquiry ↗Has my enquiry been sent when I download a brief?
No. The brief is saved to your device. Email it and your original artwork to sales@crestpatch.com to request a quote. If you include saved cart configurations, attach their original artwork separately too. The download itself does not notify the sales team.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the material, design, quantity, approval and destination. Production and shipping are separate stages. The dates in the configurator are planning estimates; ask the team to confirm the schedule for your approved specification and delivery address before committing.
Understand delivery timing ↗I have an event deadline. Can you help?
Include the date you need the patches in hand, your ZIP code, quantity and artwork when you contact us. The team can check whether a faster production or shipping option is available for that material. Confirm the additional cost and achievable arrival date before ordering.
Are shipping and import charges included?
Shipping is shown separately in the planning estimate. Taxes and import charges are not calculated there. Your final quote should state the shipping method, total charges and who is responsible for any duties. Confirm these details before making payment.
Shipping & duties explained ↗Where are the patches produced and shipped from?
Patches are produced and dispatched from China. The Richmond, Texas contact address is a customer-support address, separate from the production and dispatch location. Ask for the shipping route and expected transit time for your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Contact sales@crestpatch.com with your order or project reference. Ask for the current production stage, and the carrier and tracking number once dispatched. Use the carrier’s tracking page for transit updates; a planned arrival date is not a live shipment update.
Can I change my design or delivery address?
Contact the team as soon as you notice a change. Include the project reference and identify the exact difference. Artwork changes after approval or address changes after dispatch may affect cost and timing or may no longer be possible. Wait for written confirmation that the change has been accepted.
What should I do if something is wrong?
Email sales@crestpatch.com with your order reference, photos of the issue and the approved specification. Keep the packaging and affected patches while the team reviews the problem. Ask for the applicable remedy and any return instructions before sending items back; do not assume the Texas contact address is the return address.
Quality review guidance ↗How should I care for my patches?
Follow the care instructions agreed for the patch material, backing and garment. Heat, washing and drying tolerance vary between styles. Test the chosen attachment on a spare piece of fabric where possible, and ask for application guidance before using heat on a sensitive or coated fabric.
Find your material ↗How do I reorder the same design?
Send your previous order reference, approved artwork, specifications and new quantity to sales@crestpatch.com. Mention any changes to size, color, backing or delivery address. Ask the team to reconfirm availability, pricing and color expectations for the new production run.
