What do you need to quote my project?
Start with your artwork or idea, approximate width and height, quantity, intended use, ZIP code and any event deadline. You can email these details to sales@crestpatch.com, or prepare a downloadable brief on our quote page. Material and backing choices can be worked out with the team.
Prepare a project brief ↗Do I need a finished design to get started?
A sketch, existing logo or written idea is enough to start a conversation. Include the exact wording and intended patch size. If your final file is not ready, email it later with your project reference. Confirm artwork preparation and any related cost with your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Published minimums vary by source product, size and selected options. The US configurator checks supported source configurations and marks missing or unsupported details for confirmation. A published sample declaration does not establish sample availability or a sample selling price. Confirm small runs with your quote.
Can I review my design before production?
Ask for an artwork proof when you request your quote. Before approving it, check every word, the dimensions, colors, border and backing. Confirm the proof schedule and revision process with the team. A digital proof shows the planned design; it does not show the exact texture of the finished material.
What to check before approval ↗How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the material, design, quantity, options, approval and destination. The US configurator does not provide verified delivery-date choices. Ask the team to confirm production, shipping and the arrival schedule for your approved specification before committing.
Understand delivery timing ↗How do I place and pay for an order?
Crest Patch currently supports project planning and enquiries by email. Saving a configuration or downloading a brief does not submit an order or take payment. After reviewing your project, ask the sales team for the confirmed total, available payment methods and payment schedule. Do not include card details in your artwork or email.
