Production & dispatch

Patches are produced and dispatched from China. The registered business address is separate from the manufacturing and dispatch location.

Plan around approval

Production starts after artwork and order details are approved. The configurator separates production from transit and offers estimated date options. Holidays, customs and remote-area delays are not included.

Understand the total

Shipping appears separately in the estimate. VAT and import charges are not calculated. Confirm any duties, taxes and the party responsible for them in writing before payment.

An event deadline?

Include the date you need the patches in hand, your destination and postcode. A date selected in the preview is a planning estimate, not a carrier or factory guarantee.
